Excellence in athletics
From the age of 6 to 20, I excelled as an athlete, representing my city as the national champion for 14 consecutive years. During this time, I proudly represented Albania in various international events, achieving titles such as the champion of Southeast Europe, securing the 5th position in the Mediterranean Games, and ranking 8th in the Youth Olympic Games.

I was born into a modest family with two hardworking and highly ambitious parents keen on my future. Their ambition was evident in their unwavering dedication and their commitment to ensuring I lacked nothing during my growth. They spared no effort in fulfilling every educational and extracurricular need I had, enrolling me in countless courses - Italian, English, music lessons like the guitar, and diverse sports that uncovered one of my greatest talents, which I cultivated for around 14 years.

In Pursuit of New Opportunities
After completing my university cycle and bidding farewell to my sports career, I took a significant step in my life - I followed the path of many young individuals and emigrated to Italy in pursuit of new opportunities. In 2011, I began my journey in Italy, initially working as a full-time waiter while coaching part-time for a football team.
Different Experiences
Following this, I ventured into different roles- one year as an ecological operator in a waste collection and recycling company. Then, I spent a year in England, working full-time in the construction sector and part-time as a security guard at a hotel. Subsequently, I returned to Italy and embarked on my personal entrepreneurial journey, establishing and successfully managing a construction firm for about 5 years until 2019, concurrently completing my postgraduate professional studies (MSC).

Extra Effort
Beyond my role at XTRA REAL ESTATE LLC, I am also a co-founder of several startups, including EXTRA MEDIA and TOTAL VIRTUAL. I take pride in educating and guiding professional investors interested in the GCC market through my consultation program, offering personalized advice and insights via Zoom calls, easily scheduled through Calendly.
While making personal investments in the hospitality and tourism sector, I also dedicate substantial effort to promoting and developing the Balkan region, especially the Adriatic Riviera from Albania to Croatia. My focus is on attracting Gulf region investors to explore and invest in promising projects across the Balkans.

A Successful Company
In 2019, I left Italy for Australia, delving into further studies in finance/business (second master's degree). This eventually lead me to relocate from Australia to Dubai, establishing XTRA REAL ESTATE headquarters. With a successful management and exceptional performance, during my initial two years of work, I facilitated the sale of over 100 residential and commercial units in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, striving continuously to create new job opportunities and helping investors to establish their businesses in GCC. I guide them comprehensively through the process of setting up and integrating into daily life. Additionally, I focus on creating job opportunities for my young collaborators, working on plans to expand my company's reach throughout the entire world.

My career began with various roles across Europe, but it was in Dubai that I truly made my mark. With a deep understanding of the industry, I built genuine client relationships, setting myself apart in a competitive market through a focus on trust and authenticity, redefining success in a fast-moving environment.
Today, I offer a comprehensive consultation program beyond real estate, including career coaching, visa and business setup consultancy, international property advice, and wealth management. My goal is to empower clients by sharing my expertise and insights, helping them achieve both professional and personal growth in their pursuits.
